Sr Medical Education Manager

Job Summary:

The Medical Education Manager is accountable for the development and management of educational programs at Highridge Medical

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Work alongside surgeon faculty to design and implement world-class training programs, workshops, and virtual or in-person sessions for healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the safe and effective use of medical devices

Understand and apply working knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory standards when engaging with healthcare professionals.

Maintain tracking details and documentation following products training according to standard operating procedures.

Create ongoing clinical and technical training materials for internal staff and sales teams to support new product introductions.

Develop and adhere to a budget and set agenda of programs and events.

Assist in sales force trainings held at the Highridge Institute in Westminster, CO and nationally.

Develop programs that connect early-in-career surgeons with Highridge Medical distributors and surgeon peers, aimed at building a professional network and operational support team.

Evaluate educational activities and employ the appropriate changes to ensure trainings are effective and sustainable.

Partner with marketing, R&D, and physician advisors to develop impactful training programs and materials.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)

Applicants must have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Detailed understanding of legal, compliance and regulatory requirements for assigned product scope.

Detailed understanding of the cadaveric constraints and regulations (OSHA/LAB) within each segment. Effective written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and 5 to 7 years' experience in medical device product environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

Salary Range $130,000-$140,000 Annually
