Job description

THE ROLE
We are looking for Operations Interns to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY. As an Operations Intern, you will support the planning and execution of game-day and event operations, assist with inventory, staffing coordination, and service logistics. This role offers hands-on experience in large-scale venue operations while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional fan experience. This internship will last for the entirety of the Buffalo Bills Season. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Support gameday and event operations for food & beverage outlets, assisting with inventory control, staffing coordination, and service flow across the stadium.

  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality control, and timely service during high-volume events.

  • Analyze sales and operational data to help improve concession efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the fan experience.

  • Assist with vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown for NFL games and special events, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale venue operations.

  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.

  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.

  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.   • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • At time of apply, must be a current student enrolled in an accredited college or university or have graduated within the past 6 months.

  • Pursuing or recently completed coursework in Operations, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Business, or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.

  • Ability to work every single scheduled event day.

  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.

COMPENSATION
Competitive salary starting at $18/hour commensurate with experience.
