We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a freestanding behavioral health hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. This opportunity offers flexible weekend call coverage and independent contractor compensation models, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality inpatient and residential psychiatric care for children and adolescents within a structured, multidisciplinary environment.

• Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities, including treatment planning and medication management
• Document care accurately
