Job description

MDSearch is seeking Family Physicians with a Special Interest in Dermatology and cosmetic injecting experience to join a premier network of medical aesthetic clinics across Montreal's North Shore, including Laval, Blainville, Terrebonne, and Saint-Sauveur. This opportunity offers the ability to build a rewarding practice that combines medical dermatology and medical aesthetics. You will diagnose and manage a wide range of common skin conditions while also providing cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

Physicians perform comprehensive facial assessments and deliver natural, patient-focused aesthetic outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care. Demand for medical dermatology services is exceptionally strong, allowing physicians to establish the medical portion of their practice within weeks. In addition, physicians receive ongoing support in developing a thriving aesthetic practice through established patient demand, marketing initiatives, and referral networks.

Schedule: Preferred availability of 3-5 days per week. (In-clinic practice). Open to considering candidates with fewer available days if they are the right fit.

Required Qualifications and Skills: Licensed Family Physician in good standing with the College des medecins du Quebec (CMQ). Recognized postgraduate training in Dermatology (e.g., University of Cardiff Diploma in Practical Dermatology or equivalent) Certification and competency in aesthetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers Strong understanding of facial anatomy and complication management Comfortable diagnosing and managing common dermatologic conditions Passion for both medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Previous dermatology or aesthetic medicine experience is considered an asset; newly trained physicians meeting the required qualifications are encouraged to apply Ideal Candidate Profile: Dermatology-focused mindset (not a generalist-only practice) Strong aesthetic eye (symmetry, proportion, natural outcomes) Comfortable working in a reputation-sensitive, revenue-driven environment Open to mentorship and growth into leadership over time Commercially aware with strong patient relationship skills Compensation: Productivity-based compensation.
