• Traiter avec precision les transactions quotidiennes de fonds communs de placement, d'actions et d'obligations.
• Preparer la documentation relative aux achats, rachats, echanges et transferts en nature de placements.
• Gerer et maintenir les systemes de classement et d'archivage.
• Mettre a jour et traiter les demandes administratives non financieres.
• Collaborer avec l'equipe de soutien administratif d'Assante pour les transferts, les questions administratives et les taches d'entretien des dossiers.
• Participer a la coordination des activites de marketing numerique.
• Agir comme premier point de contact pour les nouveaux clients des Comptes nationaux et les orienter vers les ressources appropriees de CI Assante.

• Un minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans le secteur des services financiers, avec une specialisation en operations et en service a la clientele.
• Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires.
• Capacite a respecter les echeances et a travailler efficacement sous pression, avec un grand souci du detail.
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et ecrite.
• Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint).
• La connaissance de DocuSign et de Salesforce constitue un atout.
• Solides competences en analyse, administration, resolution de problemes et organisation.
• Grande autonomie et attitude positive.
• Capacite demontree a collaborer efficacement au sein d'une equipe et a maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme dans un environnement dynamique avec des delais serres.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans notre modele de travail au bureau et exige une presence sur place quatre jours par semaine afin de favoriser la collaboration et de repondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
