โ€ข Source and engage engineers and researchers from leading AI and security organizations.
โ€ข Partner with hiring managers to calibrate hiring standards and maintain a high bar throughout searches.
โ€ข Move candidates quickly through a rigorous hiring process while maintaining the ATS as the source of truth.
โ€ข Build recruiting infrastructure, including interview processes, scorecards, sourcing systems, and candidate experience.
โ€ข Turn ambiguous hiring goals into filled seats with urgency and autonomy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years recruiting software engineers or ML researchers
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments is ideal
  • Creative search strategies and candidate research skills
  • Ability to craft outreach that earns responses from passive, in-demand talent
