Job description

We are currently looking to add a Project Manager to our Site Development Services group located in Indianapolis, IN.
What you can expect in this role.
  1. Plan, organize and lead the daily engineering activities of assigned team.
  2. Prepare and oversee all aspects of site design projects.
  3. Function as a contact point for the client concerning the engineering aspects of his/her project.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, aged accounts, invoices and the overall project budget.
  5. Responsible for project performance and profitability.
  6. Develop schedules, budgets, proposals and contracts.
  7. Market to prospective clients and work to build, maintain, and manage collaborative client relationships.
  8. Involvement with the production and coordination of several concurrent projects.
  9. Communicate and coordinate project requirements with the project team and consultants.
Qualifications that make a perfect fit.
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. P.E. registration in the State of Indiana.
  3. 5+ years of project management experience.
  4. Experience with civil engineering projects, specifically in commercial, higher ed, K-12, industrial, and mixed-use site design.
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  6. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
  7. Excellent technical knowledge within the civil engineering field, specifically within the site design discipline.
  8. Demonstrated experience in people management with the ability to plan, direct and monitor all aspects of site design projects.
  9. Strong drive, motivation and self-initiative.
  10. Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time.
  11. Good verbal and written communications skills required.
  12. Experience with applying financial data to project management; thinking and planning strategically; the building, organization and leadership of teams and an understanding of project management skills is highly desirable.
