Job description

Low Voltage Foreman

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Foreman to lead the management and execution of large-scale structured cabling and fiber optic installations. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing on-site installation teams, including internal technicians and subcontractors, while delivering high-quality, standards-compliant work on projects valued from $10M to $15M.

The ideal candidate will coordinate effectively with General Contractors (GCs), customers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. You will maintain best-in-class installation practices and uphold the highest standards of quality across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and successfully deliver $10M–$15M structured cabling and fiber optic installation projects
  • Lead and supervise multiple on-site teams, including internal field crews and subcontractors
  • Coordinate daily activities with General Contractors, customers, and project managers
  • Oversee multiple crews and leads to ensure efficient, high-quality technical installations
  • Enforce industry best practices and quality standards on every job site

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience installing and testing structured cabling systems (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of low voltage industry standards and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
