The Steel Fabricator plays a vital role in the assembly and creation of steel structures, working within a small team environment. This hands-on position requires proficiency with welding, cutting, and interpreting blueprints to ensure precise fabrications. The role involves a combination of shop and on-site work, reporting directly to the foreman. Candidates should be prepared for intermittent overtime as project demands require.
