Position Summary
High School Faculty at CCA advance and support CCA’s mission by modeling a mature Christian faith and demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence in curriculum and instruction. This role teaches French I, French II, Dual Credit French III, and Dual Credit AP French, partnering with students, families, and colleagues to provide rigorous, college level instruction grounded in a biblical worldview and aligned with dual credit academic standards. The teacher designs and delivers a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and mastery of advanced foreign language content while preparing students for success in postsecondary study. Through both instruction and example, the teacher models wisdom and virtue, supports campus spiritual life, and practices servant leadership. Collaboration, organization, and excellent communication are essential components of the role.

(Principals Only) Provide academic leadership by aligning curriculum, instruction, and assessment within a classical, college-preparatory framework. Use data to guide curriculum decisions and monitor student progress. Lead faculty in rigorous, research-based instruction that integrates biblical truth, preparing students for success in college, career, and life, while preserving the school’s classical distinctives.
Cultivate a student culture grounded in reverence for God, respect for others, and responsibility for the community, reflecting the core values of a Christ-centered environment.
Honors each student as an image-bearer of God, addressing discipline and challenges with dignity, a restorative mindset, and a commitment to parent collaboration.
Respond to individual needs with wisdom, compassion, and discernment, offering timely support rooted in both grace and truth.

Qualifications
A mature and growing personal faith in Jesus Christ consistent with CCA’s Statement of Faith and an active member of a Bible believing church.
Commitment to classical Christian education and Christ-centered student development.
Bachelor’s degree required, with 18 post graduate credit hours in French to meet dual credit eligibility requirements.
Five years prior experience in high school education or related fields preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with consistency and professionalism.
