Job Summary
Under direction of the Principal, the High School Teacher: science will instruct in the Biology or Chemistry subject area (core and elective courses) and provide related services to students. Candidates must have a strong desire to work with students to help them achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. Position requires standards-based lesson plans and curriculum planning with a team; participation in site, and professional development meetings; developing and implementing lessons; keeping accurate records and grades; and, attendance at some after-school meetings/events.
