WHAT OUR RETAIL ATTENDANTS DO:

The Retail Attendant provides fast and excellent customer service ensuring a fun, welcoming shopping experience for all guests. The Retail Attendant possesses a highly develop sense of customer service and interpersonal skills

including high integrity, respect for all individuals and solid communication skills. The Retail Attendant must be strong team players, have the ability to manage multiple tasks at tone time,

and be committed to providing friendly, gracious, and compassionate attitude to all customers.

A RETAIL ATTENDANTS DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Immediately welcomes customers in a friendly manner, providing ultimate service and attention which consistently results in a "WOW" experience.
  • Accurately conduct POS transactions while ensuring all procedures are followed - including credit and refund transactions.
  • Ensure all PCI and park guidelines are being followed for all financial transactions.
  • Promptly escalate any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or emergencies to management.
  • Assist guests with merchandise selections, sizing, and questions
  • Restock merchandise and maintain organized displays
  • Report inventory discrepancies or damaged merchandise good to management
  • Upsell promotions, souvenirs, and park related products
  • Support seasonal events and themed product launches
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • All other duties assigned by leadership

WHAT IT TAKES:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age 
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift
  • Ability to comply with all uniform policies
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues and concerns in a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to follow direction, multi-task and work as part of a team as well as independently

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you'll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.

The pay rate range for this position is $13.00 to $15.25 per hour.
