Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Milwaukee, WI, requiring high-risk L&D experience and C-section circulator skills.

Details
  • Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
  • High-risk labor and delivery patient population
  • Circulator experience for cesarean deliveries required
  • Day shift: 07:00–19:30
  • Every other weekend (EOW) required
  • Rotating holiday coverage with regular staff
  • Epic EMR used
  • May be required to float within skill set onsite or to facilities within 40 miles
  • 13-week contract
Requirements
  • Active WI RN license or compact RN license required
  • BLS certification required (AHA-issued only)
  • NRP certification required (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
  • Fetal monitoring competency required; if not covered on competency exam, AWHONN, Relias, or equivalent program within the past 2 years is accepted
  • Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
  • High-risk labor and delivery experience required
  • C-section circulator experience required
  • Travel nursing experience preferred
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
  • Two professional references required
  • Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
  • Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
  • COVID vaccination is not required for this position
