ABOUT THE ROLE


We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Concierge to be the welcoming presence of our luxury multifamily community. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering elevated resident experiences, values discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.

As a Concierge, you will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy, professionalism, and exceptional service at all times.

What You'll Do

  • Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
  • Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
  • Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
  • Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
  • Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.

  • Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently.
