High Rise Waterproofing and Caulking Technician

Job Description
This position requires previous experience with waterproofing, caulking, wet glazing, and leak repairs on high-rise buildings using various types of gear and aerial lift equipment. Additional experience with window cleaning, pressure washing, or painting is a HUGE plus, but not required.
Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety requirements are met daily when operating aerial boom lift platforms, swing stages, and other lift equipment to reach the areas of work on high-rise buildings
  • Properly maintain all gear, equipment, and products used
  • Inspect areas of work for cracks, chips, or other damage prior to service and report to the appropriate person
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meet customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, products used, and any issues encountered
Requirements:
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
  • Proven experience as a Professional High Rise Waterproofing and Caulking Technician
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing and caulking techniques and equipment. Specifically lift equipment such as aerial boom lifts, swing stages, etc.
  • Ability to work at heights and climb ladders safely
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to stand on your feet for a full work day
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
  • Able to work with your arms above your head
  • Able to bend and squat to ground level
  • Able to work outdoors in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees
  • Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 40 feet

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00
*Experienced individuals are paid by piece work and could make the equivalent of $30-40 per hour
