Job description

STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.
STRUCTURAL is looking for Leadman to join our Building Envelope High- Rise Restoration team performing work in Alexandria, VA area.
Our ideal candidates will have:
  • 5+ years of prior construction experience
  • Reliable transportation to travel to various concrete repair projects.
  • Experience in accurately interpreting structural drawings.
  • Experience with a self-performing contractor (concrete, masonry, steel, building envelope/facade, waterproofing, mechanical, or industrial), general contractor, or specialty contractor.

Construction duties include basic labor tasks in addition to performing some higher-level tasks under supervision such as mixing repair mortars and chemical grouts, cement finishing, forming and rebar placement. Osha 30, SST and 4 hr. Flagger courses are a plus.
Strong consideration will be given to those who are hardworking and willing to learn. Must be team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and be safety oriented. Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus.
Earn $30-$40 per hour based upon years and level of experience.
