Job Title: Residential Service/Install Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing Electrical department. This role focuses on residential service upgrades, diagnostics, and generator installations, with occasional light commercial work. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting for residential systems.
  • Install and upgrade electrical panels, wiring, and circuits according to code.
  • Install and maintain backup generators and related systems.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes during all installations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Provide recommendations for energy efficiency and system improvements.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in electrical, conduit, and wiring tasks.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Experience with residential service installations and upgrades.
  • Ability to install and maintain generators.
  • Knowledge of construction, blueprint reading, and conduit bending.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to run conduit and perform wire pulling.
