Position Overview: We are hiring stand-up high reach operators to run Crown RMD 6000 narrow aisle equipment across two full-time weekday shifts. The facility is clean, organized, and safety-focused, with bilingual supervisors on-site. Pay starts at $21/hr for the day shift and $22/hr for evenings, with occasional Saturday overtime. 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, $21/hr. 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM, $22/hr. Responsibilities: Operating narrow aisle stand-up reach trucks (double-deep racking) for put-away, picking, replenishments, and load functions (40%); loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments and confirming accuracy; using an RF scanner for all warehouse transactions including receiving and replenishment in addition to general labor tasks (60%); maintaining staging areas, label placement, and orderly product storage; performing daily equipment inspections and flagging discrepancies to supervisors.
