Demonstrated experience leading global technology organizations and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong background in polymer formulation, processing, characterization, and product development for advanced electronics and semiconductor applications.
Domestic and international travel up to 25%
The followingqualifications arepreferredfor this role:
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
Expertise in fluoropolymer technologies, including extrusion, molding, compounding, films, tubing, and wire and cable applications.
Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, advanced electronics, AI infrastructure, high-speed connectivity, and data center technologies.
Experience developing materials for high-performance applications across industries such as semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, energy, electronics, medical, and chemical processing.
Demonstrated success driving innovation, strategic customer engagement, and global R&D organizations within both technology development and manufacturing environments.
