Tower Research Capital, une societe de negociation a haute frequence pour compte propre fondee en 1998, est a la recherche d'ingenieurs logiciel chevronnes qui feront partie de notre equipe centrale d'ingenierie.

Nos systemes permettent a Tower d'executer des strategies de negociation algorithmiques en fonction des tendances du marche. En batissant et en maintenant cette infrastructure de haute performance, les developpeurs de Tower ont contribue a positionner l'entreprise comme chef de file dans le domaine de la negociation quantitative. 

Responsabilites

  • Concevoir et mettre en uvre une plateforme de negociation a haute frequence, qui comprend la collecte de cours et transactions et la diffusion d'ordres de negociation a des bourses partout dans le monde

  • Optimiser cette plateforme en utilisant la programmation reseau et systemes, ainsi que d'autres techniques avancees, pour minimiser la latence

  • Elaborer des systemes qui offrent un acces facile aux donnees historiques du marche et aux simulations de negociation

  • Creer des outils pour analyser les donnees a la recherche de tendances

  • Creer des outils de gestion des risques et de suivi du rendement

  • Faconner l'avenir de l'equipe centrale d'ingenierie par le biais d'entrevues periodiques et en effectuant occasionnellement des visites de recrutement aux campus

Competences

  • Diplome dans un domaine technique

  • Solide experience en structures de donnees, algorithmes et programmation orientee objet en C++

  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la resolution de problemes

  • Capacite a gerer des taches multiples dans un environnement dynamique

  • Solides competences en communication 

  • Connaissance pratique de Linux

  • Connaissance de tout autre langage de developpement, y compris Java, Python ou Perl et Shell Scripts (un atout)

Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks Senior Software Engineers for our Core Engineering team.

These systems enable Tower to execute algorithmic trading strategies based on patterns in market behavior. By building and maintaining this high-performance infrastructure, Tower's developers have helped to position the firm as a leader in the field of quantitative trading. 

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing a high-frequency trading platform, which includes collecting quotes and trades from and disseminating orders to exchanges around the world

  • Optimizing this platform by using network and systems programming, as well as other advanced techniques to minimize latency

  • Developing systems that provide easy access to historical market data and trading simulations

  • Creating tools to analyze data for patterns

  • Building risk-management and performance-tracking tools

  • Shaping the future of the Core Engineering team through regular interviewing and occasional campus recruiting trips

Qualifications

  • A degree in a technical field

  • A strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++

  • Brilliant problem-solving abilities

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills
