What you'll get to do
* Greet guests warmly and professionally, guiding them through a high-end dining experience from arrival to departure
* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes
* Offer thoughtful recommendations for food and beverage pairings, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options
* Execute fine dining service techniques, including tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, and proper plate presentation
* Handle guest concerns or special requests with discretion, empathy, and urgency
Skills and Experience
* Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
