Job Summary
CRY-ROP is seeking a high school Aviation teacher. The Aviation course provides students with a comprehensive foundation and hands-on experience in the world of aviation while preparing students for both the FAA Part 107 UAS and the FAA Private Pilot Knowledge exams. Teacher will develop engaging instructional content for, but not limited to: the history of aviation, aviation career options, flight principles, aircraft systems, navigation, flight planning, weather systems, drone (UAS) piloting, and practical experience through the use of a flight simulator. Experience with a public school is desirable. The successful candidate will have not less than three (3) years' experience in the field and/or education and experience combined that meets the criteria. We will assist with the credential application proces.
