Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) โ€“ Full Time

Salary: $80,000 โ€“ $90,000/year (DOE)***
Location: Menifee, CA

About the Role:
A leading therapy provider is hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA programs for children with autism, oversee client progress, and mentor clinical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs/FAs and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain 25 billable hours per week
  • Supervise staff (RBTs, Program Managers)
  • Ensure BACB compliance and treatment quality
  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
  • Train staff and support families
  • Participate in IEP meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • Masterโ€™s degree in a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong ABA and supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
