Hibachi Express refers to a fast-casual restaurant or food service establishment that specializes in serving hibachi-style cuisine, typically including grilled meats, vegetables, and rice cooked on a hot flat-top grill. Unlike traditional sit-down hibachi restaurants where chefs perform tableside, Hibachi Express offers quick service, often for takeout or dine-in, with meals prepared efficiently behind the counter. These restaurants are popular for their flavorful dishes and speedy service, making hibachi cuisine accessible for people on the go.

You’ll work closely with both the kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly to customers. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as you may need to assist in various roles during busy periods.
