Job Description:

SKILLS: HL7 (Health Level 7), CCDA - Cisco Certified Design Associate,

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

• Design and implementation of data integrations using Intersystems Healthshare/IRIS between HIE partners and internal on-prem/cloud systems

•Debugging and fixing defects in Intersystems Healthshare/IRIS related to HIE connected Healthcare participants

•Developing XSLT's and DTL's to transform CCDA/FHIR/HL7 messages to and from SDA (Summary Document Architecture) format

•Systems development and support. Create Design & Technical Specs from Business requirement specifications

•Best practices design and development. Participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow developers and Technical Leads

•Delivers projects on time, on budget, and with high quality.

•Is responsible for successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

•Drives project and technology goals in line with organizational objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field.

•5+ years of software development experience is required.

•3+ years' experience with Intersystems Healthshare UCR, IRIS database, ObjectScript, and XSLT Development is required.

•Experience working with CI/CD Pipelines using Gitlab is preferred

•Experience with Integration protocols such as TCPIP/MLLP, SFTP, REST, SOAP is required.

•Must be able to create DTL mappings from SDA and workflows to process documents

•Proficiencies in CCDA, HL7, JSON and XML messaging is required.

•Experience in using Healthshare Terminal sessions is preferred.

•Experience in applying software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile) is preferred.

•Proficiencies in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server is preferred

•Experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) using Spanner/BigQuery a plus.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business teams.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
