Location Details:This is an on-site position located at 610 Airport South Parkway, Suite 200 College Park, GA 30349.
Position Schedule/Shift:
Must be available toworka flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs and member demand.
Position Summary:
Join our team as aService Vehicle Operatorand be the hero our AAA members rely on when they need help most.You'llrespond to service calls,assiststranded motorists with services like jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts, and safely tow vehicles when needed. This role combines hands-on problem solving, customer care, and safe driving, all while working independently on the road. Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency roadside services,includingtire changes, fuel delivery, battery testing andinstallation, jump starts,lockoutassistance, and minormechanical adjustments.
Qualifications:
Required
Must successfully passdrugscreening, motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, and DOT physical examination.(pre-employment and ongoing).
If employed in Illinois, possession of a valid Illinois C-NonCDLdriver's license isrequired
Preferred
Prior experience providing roadsideassistanceservices such as battery testing, jump starts, lockoutassistance, fuel delivery, or tire changes.
Work Environment:
This is a highly active, field-based position providing roadsideservicedirectly to AAA members. Employees spend up to 95% of their time outdoors and on the road, working in varying weather conditions and around traffic environments. Less than 5% of the role is performed in a traditional office setting. Safety is always the top priority, and team members areprovidedtraining and resources to perform their duties successfully.

Compensation
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid in installments at 90 and180 daysof employment.**To qualify for the Sign-On Bonus, applicants must be new to ACG.Additionaldetails can be provided by our Recruiting Team at the time of application**

Time Off & Leave

Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and willaccrueat a minimum of 3 hours per month.
Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
