A Tow Truck Driver transports disabled vehicles to a service center or safe location. Tow Truck Drivers also enforce parking laws by towing vehicles that are parked illegally or obstructing access to an entrance, towing those vehicles to an impound lot. For disabled vehicles, Tow Truck Drivers receive a call about a disabled vehicle, drive to the location of the disabled vehicle, then tow it to a location that the vehicle owner chooses. They also take calls from parking enforcement to remove illegally parked vehicles.
