We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Coffee Shop Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests at our on-site coffee shop.

As a Coffee Shop Attendant, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, serve high-quality beverages, and ensure that every guest experience is memorable. If you have a passion for coffee, hospitality, and making people smile, we invite you to be part of our world-class team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Heart of Hospitality: Maintaining a clean and organized work area by practicing "clean as you go" methods.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Changing out coffee every two hours to maintain its optimal taste and flavor. Welcoming each customer with a warm smile, addressing them by name when possible, and offering assistance to make them feel valued and comfortable. Effectively handling payment transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system and following proper cash handling procedures.
  • Embrace Team Spirit: Ensuring that your issued bank is maintained at the correct amount at all times for accurate transactions.
  • Ensure Cleanliness & Efficiency: Providing efficient and friendly service for guests purchasing to-go items by wrapping or bagging them appropriately.
  • Be a Team Player: Practicing proper food handling techniques while preparing food and drink items to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
