Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current, full, and unrestricted license to practice as a therapist, specifically as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • No limited/provisional license or disciplinary actions against your license.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine, empathetic demeanor.
  • Strong proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for therapy and administration.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, providing therapists with a foundation from which to deliver effective therapeutic support. Experience working with a variety of adult populations and familiarity with teletherapy practices will be advantageous.
