In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via video conferencing to enhance the mental health of your clients.
• Guide clients in expressing their thoughts and feelings, fostering insight into their personal experiences and relationships.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions, utilizing a solution-oriented approach grounded in your clinical expertise.
• Serve as a steadfast advocate for clients, helping them establish, pursue, and achieve wellness goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of adults who have been thoroughly screened to ensure stability and low acuity. Our patient base consists of clients who exhibit manageable mental health challenges, enabling you to provide focused and effective therapeutic interventions. Additionally, we will match you with clients who align with your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a rewarding counseling experience for both you and your clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid and fully licensed credential to practice independently in your state as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). (No limited or provisional licenses accepted; candidates must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions.)
• Demonstrated competence in utilizing technology for therapy sessions, including familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic disposition.

We strongly prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient, community, or telehealth environments. Experience in working with diverse populations and specific therapeutic methodologies can greatly enhance your application.
