About the Opportunity

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the Winter Park, FL area. This role includes initial evaluations, Plan of Care development, and ongoing treatment visits, with compensation structured per visit or hourly depending on the case and service provided.

This position is ideal for therapists who are confident working independently, experienced in home health, and skilled in completing thorough clinical documentation that supports patient progress and care planning.

Documentation Expectations

PT documentation is a critical component of patient care and is used to:

Strong attention to detail and timely completion of notes is required.

Requirements
  • License: Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license

  • Compliance: CPR certification and Level II background screening
  • Transportation: Ability to travel to patient homes
