What You’ll Do

  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing routines, wash quality, safety, and maintaining smooth site flow.
  • Model exceptional service and support Guest Service Specialists in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Coach teammates in real time, reinforce expectations, and help maintain alignment during team huddles.
  • Maintain Mister’s brand standards by ensuring quality, speed, cleanliness, and consistent execution across the site.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment readiness to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Communicate clearly with store leadership to ensure team alignment, clarity of assignments, and strong shift execution.
  • Promote the Unlimited Wash Club® by supporting team engagement and customer education.
