• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through video chat, ensuring a compassionate and empathetic approach at all times.

• Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in Washington State, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions will be considered.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing counseling services is required.
