About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Helper to join our team. As a Helper, you will be responsible for assisting skilled workers in various tasks such as carrying materials, cleaning job sites, and operating equipment. Your main end result will be to ensure that the job site is clean, safe, and efficient. You will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

We have several teams & departments that our Helpers support, including but not limited to:

  • Yard
  • Grinding
  • Fitting
  • Welding
  • Detail / Design


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
  • OSHA certification
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities:
