⚡ Commercial Electric Site Helper — Performance Electrical Contracting Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | Onsite


Want to start a career in the electrical trade? We're hiring.

At Performance Electrical Contracting in Jacksonville, FL, we need a hard worker to help our electricians on commercial job sites. No electrical experience needed — we'll teach you. If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn a skilled trade, we want to talk to you.


What You'll Do

  • Help electricians pull wire, mount boxes, and set up materials
  • Carry tools, parts, and supplies where the crew needs them
  • Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
  • Load and unload trucks at the start and end of each day
  • Dig trenches, drill holes, and do other prep work as needed
  • Learn the trade by watching and working with experienced electricians
  • Follow all safety rules and OSHA requirements on every job

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to show up on time, every day, ready to work
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from the crew
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements: You'll work on active job sites. You must be able to stand for long periods, work in different weather, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
