Building a business starts with valuing the team. Luxury Comfort Solutions began with this vision over 10 years ago. Today, we hire some of the best talent to ensure you're working with people from whom you can constantly learn. We will train you, coach you, support you, and trust you to get work done your way while testing the limits of what's possible. You will be part of a culture where everyone feels supported.

What we do and the values that drive us:

We are in the business of keeping people comfortable. Simple enough? We pair quality plumbing products with Luxury service so people can live life in comfort. Not just during the significant events and photo-worthy moments, but also how people live daily. Our comfort solutions can change lives- that's what we value.

Behind all of that is a team that works together, wins together, and strives to get better every day. How does that sound?

Luxury Comfort Solutions is looking for a teammate with integrity, character, and energy to join our residential plumbing installation and service team. This person will exude confidence, maintain a positive outlook, and demonstrate a servant-leader mindset.

This is a hands-on, let’s figure this out kind of job. As a residential plumber, you will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in a variety of new and existing homes. Main duties include installing pipes, valves, fixtures (toilets, sinks, bathtubs), and appliances. You will also fix leaks, unclog drains, repair or replace broken pipes and fixtures. You will work with residential clients to identify and prioritize their specific situations/needs and communicate information back to the team.

A minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience is required.

You are:

  • able to arrive on time
  • positive with your attitude and maintain strong customer service skills
  • excellent with verbal communication skills
  • great at organizing tasks
  • resourceful and not afraid to learn
  • proficient with prioritizing tasks and solve problems like a ninja
  • passionate about your quality of work

You will:

  • ensure jobs are completed to established quality standards
  • organize yourself to maximize job efficiency
  • ensure all plumbing work adheres to local codes and regulations
  • diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential settings
  • follow safety procedures
  • write detailed notes of work performed at various job sites
  • continue your education in the trade and be a good teammate
  • have a clean driving record

We will:

  • pay you what you are worth. No glass ceilings here.
  • guarantee work-life harmony. We will give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible paid time off, company-wide holidays, maternity and paternity leave, bereavement leave, and remote work options) so you can spend time with family and friends when it matters most.
  • have an open, honest culture and we trust our teammates from day one. Your team will support you, but you will own your work and have the flexibility to try new ideas.
  • encourage career growth. Get ready to be coached. Our leadership team is full of lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We'll give you resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • support your mental and physical health because you can’t live a life of luxury without both.
  • help you with medical, vision, dental, life, and supplemental insurance.
  • generously contribute to your retirement plan. Yep, that's free money through a 401(K), profit sharing, and cash benefit plan.
