Position Duties:
- Processing applications
- Answering phone calls
- CRM input
- Calling clients
- Assisting with administrative support
- Basic financial planning knowledge preferred
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone wanting to grow with the company. Our company assists clients with processing Medicaid and VA Benefits applications. This position is currently part-time, but it has the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
A basic understanding of finances is preferred in order to help identify possible legal or financial planning needs for Medicaid clients.
This position will begin with training and then transition into a work-from-home position.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning CRM systems
- Professional and compassionate with clients
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts preferred
- Ability to work independently from home after training
