Position Title: Personal Assistant
Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually / DOE + annual compensation increases
A rare opportunity to blend high-level personal support, executive assistance, and office operations in one dynamic role. A woman-founded sustainable apparel company is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support its founder and her family while helping manage day-to-day operations at the company's office. This role will coordinate schedules, travel, appointments, errands, property projects, office needs, and changing priorities across locations in San Francisco and Marin County. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal direction. They must communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and remain composed when schedules or priorities change.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a combination of personal assistant, executive assistant, and office management support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and communicate schedule changes
  • Book personal and business travel, including adjusting itineraries when plans change
  • Handle personal errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, returns, and personal shopping coordination
  • Schedule medical appointments and manage related calendar details
  • Maintain household supplies and ensure the residences remain fully stocked
  • Assist with occasional food preparation
  • Coordinate property management needs across residences in San Francisco and Mill Valley
  • Communicate with contractors, vendors, housekeepers, and other service providers
  • Support upcoming home renovation projects by tracking details, asking questions, following up with contractors, and addressing issues
  • Manage office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating with cleaning and office staff

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Estate Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • Experience coordinating with contractors on home maintenance or renovation projects
  • Strong calendar management, organization, and scheduling skills
  • Technologically proficient and comfortable troubleshooting routine issues independently
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Excel
  • Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Strong, confident driving skills and comfort traveling regularly between San Francisco, Mill Valley, and Sausalito
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week across multiple locations
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours based on changing schedules, events, and priorities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities without becoming overwhelmed
  • Exceptional follow-through and the judgment to operate with limited supervision
