We are a rapidly expanding restoration and contents division specializing in packout, inventory, cleaning, and storage of customer belongings following water, fire, mold, or other property losses. Our team works with care, precision, and professionalism to help families and businesses recover their valued items. As our company grows, we are looking for reliable and detail-oriented technicians to join our packout operations.

Position Summary

The Packing/Cleaning Technician is responsible for packing, photographing, inventorying, and cleaning customer contents affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages. This role includes handling items carefully, entering data into inventory systems, cleaning contents, organizing storage vaults, and assisting with on-site packouts. Success in this position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally in customersโ€™ homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack, wrap, and protect contents from damaged properties following company standards.
  • Photograph and document each item using digital systems for accurate inventory tracking.
  • Cleaning and restoring contents using approved cleaning methods and equipment.
  • Label boxes, bins, and vaults accurately to ensure proper organization and tracking.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in both customer spaces and company facilities.
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and comply with company policies.
  • Provide professional communication and customer service during on-site packouts.
  • Work collaboratively with the packout team, drivers, and project managers.
Qualifications
  • Prior restoration, moving, warehouse, or packout experience preferred but not required.
