Position Summary
The Material Handler reports to the Stockroom Lead and is responsible for the efficient movement, organization, and distribution of materials throughout the facility. This role ensures that all inventory is accurately documented and that products are packaged and shipped to meet FUSION's and customer-specific requirements. The Material Handler works independently to maintain stock levels and serves as a point of contact for customer pickups and deliveries, ensuring all operations align with the company's quality and on-time delivery standards.
Essential Functions
  • Operational Independence: Demonstrates the ability to work without direct supervision following the completion of initial training.
  • Documentation & Accuracy: Maintains precise counts and completes all required FUSION and customer paperwork with high attention to detail.
  • Logistics & Shipping: Packages products according to specifications, pulls inventory for orders, and manages outgoing shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Proactively restocks materials and consumables used throughout the daily production cycle.
  • Customer Relations: Interacts professionally with customers during the pickup and drop-off of products.
  • Team Support: Executes additional tasks as requested to help FUSION achieve its production and organizational goals.

Requirements
Job Type: Full-time
• Exhibits a high level of accuracy and a meticulous approach to documenting inventory and fulfilling orders.
• Must meet the definition of a "US Person" as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure clear communication within the team.
• Ability to interpret and strictly follow complex, written English work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Capacity to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver containers or packages weighing a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Possesses fundamental computer skills, including the ability to navigate internal databases and enter data accurately.
