What you’ll do

As a General Labourer, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. 
Your day-to-day:

  • Load materials into production equipment and assist with machine setup according to established procedures.
  • Verify work orders, material specifications, and product condition before production begins.
  • Inspect product quality throughout production and promptly report defects or concerns to the Operator.
  • Support Operators with machine operation and other production-related activities.
  • Complete production records, maintenance requests, and required administrative reports accurately and on time.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and regulatory requirements while completing other assigned duties as directed by the Shift Lead.
Your strengths as a General Labourer

You are a natural fit for this role if:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour work is an asset.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work throughout the shift.
  • Able to work safely, follow instructions, and work well as part of a team.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying noise and temperature levels.
