What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor mixing and sheeting equipment

  • Prepare and load ingredients following recipes and specifications

  • Ensure product quality meets Company and safety standards

  • Perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers

  • Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals
