📋 Requisitos / What We Are Looking For

• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. (Gran ambiente de trabajo bilingüe).
• Experience: At least 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing experience.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, minor troubleshooting skills, and a safety-first mindset.

🎯 Responsabilidades / What You Will Do

Join an industry-leading metal manufacturing facility specializing in coil coating and aluminum/steel processing.

• Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor fast-paced production machinery.
• Material Handling: Feed raw materials into production lines and keep equipment running efficiently.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished metal products for defects and customer specifications.
• Logistics: Package, band, wrap, and prepare processed materials for safe shipment.
• Maintenance: Perform basic machine checks, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin Park, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
