As a Blow Mold Operator in our Auburndale, Florida facility, you will play a critical role in the production lifecycle, shaping the bottles that carry our beverages to millions of consumers every day. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment, excel at technical problem-solving, and take pride in precision and efficiency. By bringing your operational expertise, adaptability, and attention to detail, you will help us deliver products that inspire moments of real connection.
What You'll Do for Us
  • Operate all blow molding equipment, including preform conveyors, ovens, blow molders, and airveyors, in alignment with standard operating procedures.
  • Execute equipment changeovers for multiple bottle types, resins, and line configurations to support production needs.
  • Complete all quality checks, preventive maintenance, and sanitation activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Diagnose and respond to machine alarms, access system reports, and take corrective actions to prevent downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Safely operate forklifts for material handling, including loading, staging, and transporting components and chemicals.
  • Maintain accurate operations records, production logs, and equipment documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process variances and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support audits, equipment overhauls, and the introduction of new packaging processes to enhance operational capability.
  • Lead process standardization by assisting in the creation and updating of standard operating procedures and line documentation.
  • Serve as the primary trainer for new team members, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Act as a key communication link across shifts and departments, sharing critical updates and contributing to daily operational planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or blow molding operations.
  • Certification in forklift and high-lift operation or readiness to achieve certification within designated timeframes.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret technical documentation and safety instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and extended hours, to meet production demands.
  • Proven success in working collaboratively within team-oriented and high-speed manufacturing environments.
  • Strong aptitude for troubleshooting automated systems, monitoring performance indicators, and applying problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and adherence to established manufacturing protocols in environments with heat, noise, moving equipment, and exposure to chemicals.
  • Comfortable working in conditions involving temperature changes, vibrations, heights, and other typical manufacturing variables.
