POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will oversee all activities in private label including the development & execution of strategies to accomplish profitable growth for all branded and private label product lines in concert with corporate goals and direction. The development of these strategies will take into consideration the companyโ€™s approach to profitable growth, new customer acquisitions, service & any additional new approaches. Primary focus will be on growing North American Business Unit while supporting customers globally and connecting with other MFS entities outside NA as needed.

Will require significant experience in metalworking fluids and industrial lubrication sales as well as a strong understanding of the market. This role will be highly consultative in nature, requiring the individual to help c-suite level customers identify the appropriate product portfolio for their target markets and application needs. In addition to sales capabilities, the candidate will need a strong technical understanding of metalworking fluids to effectively support customer growth, troubleshoot application challenges, and build credibility with both distributors and end users.

Because this position is focused on private label growth, the individual must also be capable of positioning tailored product strategies, understanding competitive fluid technologies, and guiding customers through product selection across a variety of manufacturing environments and applications.
