Qualifications You Have:  * Experience providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems
* Experience configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
* Experience managing IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems
* Experience providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. * Experience providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
* Experience providing support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
* Ability to provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process
* Ability to work shift work 
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 10+ years of experience with systems administration, or 15+ years of experience with systems administration in lieu of a degree Clearance:  Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualโ€™s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55.38 to $75.97 per hour.  The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatchโ€™s total compensation package for employees.
