Job description

CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Temporary

COMPENSATION: $14 Per hour

POSITION SUMMARY: Redstone Residential is hiring reliable, hardworking Seasonal Turn Technicians to help prepare vacant units for Fall move-ins. This temporary role focuses on cleaning and light unit-prep work, including upholstery cleaning, detail cleaning, and other turn-related tasks needed to get apartments resident-ready. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team during a fast-paced turn season.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean vacant units thoroughly, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, fixtures, windows, and common surfaces
  • Perform upholstery and furniture cleaning in furnished units
  • Assist with light unit-prep tasks such as trash removal, dusting, wiping baseboards, and spot touch-ups
  • Conduct cleaning checks and re-clean any areas that do not meet move-in standards
  • Support the maintenance and turn team with basic unit turnover tasks as assigned
  • Assist with groundskeeping or general property upkeep as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep turn timelines on track
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude around residents, staff, and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, turn work, groundskeeping, or maintenance is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license required for roles that involve driving
  • Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
  • Available to work flexible hours during the Spring turn season (Jun-August)
