Potential Hours - 2am - 10:30 am or 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Flexibility with hours
QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma, post-secondary training in a trade is desirable
Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
Meets all mandated health requirements
Documented evidence of a clear criminal record
Building maintenance experience and demonstrated
mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry skills
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and environmental
laws
Available to respond to building and/or service emergencies
