Job description

Description

Tyto Athene is seeking a candidate for the role of Help Desk I providing Tier I Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) services for a military customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide  support to end users on a variety of issues to include identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
  • Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution and has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures, such as trouble ticket systems, troubleshooting, active directory, etc.
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines (SOPs) to perform the functions of the job. 
Qualifications

Required:

  • Associates' degree or equivalent 
  • Two (2) years of IT support experience 

Desired:

  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Security+ Certification desired or 6 months to obtain

Clearance: 

  • Secret Clearance required
