As an Environmental Services Technician, you help create the first and lasting impression of comfort and care by keeping every space spotless, safe, and inviting. What you bring to the table
  • Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
  • Cleans and maintains all assigned areas, including slot machines and chairs, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, corridors, public spaces, elevators, stairways, and locker areas.
  • Keeps all departmental equipment and work areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Sweeps, scrubs, mops, waxes, vacuums, dusts, and polishes floors; cleans carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, blinds, doors, and sills to maintain a bright and polished environment.
  • Empties and cleans waste containers and ashtrays, ensuring proper disposal and recycling practices.
  • Transports trash and waste to designated disposal or recycling areas, keeping pathways and work zones clear and safe.
  • Replenishes supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and work areas to maintain readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Operates departmental vehicles and cleaning equipment-including vacuums, lifts, ladders, and extractors-safely and efficiently.
  • Transports small equipment, tools, and supplies between departments or buildings as needed to support team operations.
  • Assists in setting up tables, chairs, and other furnishings for meetings, banquets, or special events.
  • Reports maintenance or repair needs promptly to a Lead, Supervisor, or Maintenance personnel to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicates clearly with the oncoming shift to provide status updates, project progress, and any issues that need attention.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)
